Properly fueling your body is essential for optimal energy and obtaining physical fitness. Our body types, dietary needs, physical fitness levels, and goals are different so there is no one-size-fits-all formula for each person's unique nutritional needs.
We are not doctors, athletic trainers or nutritionists. We are every-day women striving to stay healthy and meet our fitness goals. 

In this section we will examine what has worked – or not worked – for us as we fuel our bodies for everyday life as well as during workouts, training, and races. We’ll pass on tidbits about nutrition, send yummy healthy recipes your way, and review fuel sources and supplements we’ve tried.
